How to share an AI agent's plan with your team

Put the plan where your agents write, not in their chat history: a Develosaur board. Invite teammates by email as View Only, Can Edit or Admin, and they see what agents plan, claim and finish as it happens. For people outside the team, create a public link to the board.

Steps

  1. Connect your agent (setup for every client is on the integrations page) and have it build or update the plan:
    Put our plan on a develosaur board
  2. Open the board's sharing dialog and invite teammates by email as View Only, Can Edit or Admin.
  3. For people outside the team, create a public link in the same dialog.
  4. Teammates can connect their own agents to the same board; every agent claims different tasks.

Can my team see which agent is doing what?

Yes. A task an agent has started shows who holds it, and finished tasks carry what the agent recorded.

Does Develosaur cost anything?

The Free plan covers one project. Agents are never billed on any plan.
