Project management for the agentic era.

About DeveloSaur

Our thesis

We focus on project management with AI agents. When the agent does the work, you don’t need a wall of lists to track every step — you need spatial understanding of your project.

So we put the whole project structure in a graph, keep the TODO list as a proven Kanban, and let the agent curate and propose the working steps. You stay in the loop: review, redirect, or rewrite the flow whenever you choose.

How it works

  • Graph for structure. A spatial view of every note, todo, decision, and deadline as connected nodes. You see the whole thing at a glance, not buried under nested lists.
  • Kanban for TODO. A proven format for what’s actively in progress. The agent picks the next steps from the graph; you confirm or override them.
  • Agent in the loop. Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent reads the graph, proposes nodes, ranks priorities, marks completions. You watch the graph move in real time.

Co-work, don’t surrender

The agent moves work forward. You stay the editor-in-chief. Re-rank what’s next, add blockers, change a decision, restructure a branch — anytime. Nothing in DeveloSaur is "AI-only" or "human-only." The graph is one source of truth that both of you edit against, with everything you change visible to the other.

That’s the difference between AI assistance and AI orchestration. We’re built for the second one.

Our story

DeveloSaur started from a simple frustration: when you ship with AI agents, every existing project tool fights you. Linear, Jira, Notion, Trello — none of them give an agent direct write access to your project state. So the agent suggests; you copy-paste; the suggestion goes stale; the project drifts.

We rebuilt the workflow from the agent’s perspective: the project is a graph, the agent has 24+ tools mapped 1:1 to graph operations, and the human keeps approval on every structural change. The result is DeveloSaur — a project tracker where AI is a first-class collaborator, not a side panel you copy from.
