The Gantt schedule projects when each task finishes from your effort scores and blockers. The AI sees `committed_effort_days`, `overcommit_ratio`, and a `timeline[]` per node — so it can answer "is this sprint overcommitted?" or "when will X be done?" from data, never invention. Stale tasks (≥30 days, untouched) get flagged automatically.
