MCP task manager for Claude Code: how to set one up

Run one command to add the Develosaur MCP server to Claude Code, then sign in once with /mcp. Claude can then read the board, grow a plan, claim tasks and mark them done with evidence, and you watch it all on a live board. No account yet? One pasted sentence builds a trial board first.

Steps

  1. Add the server for all your projects:
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user develosaur https://mcp.develosaur.com/v1/user/mcp
  2. Start Claude Code, run /mcp, pick develosaur and finish the browser sign-in.
    /mcp
  3. Check it shows as connected:
    claude mcp list
  4. Ask Claude:
Plan this project on my develosaur board

Try it without an account

Paste this into your agent. It builds a temporary board you can keep later:

Read https://mcp.develosaur.com/llms.txt and use it to build me a develosaur board for my project

Questions

Does every Claude Code session see the same board?

Yes. Sessions read the board digest first, claim tasks so parallel sessions do not collide, and hand off at the end, so the next session starts where the last one stopped.

Where is the address stored?

claude mcp add stores only the address, https://mcp.develosaur.com/v1/user/mcp. Tokens stay inside Claude Code. Use --scope project to share the server with your team through .mcp.json.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. Paste this into an agent that can fetch URLs: "Read https://mcp.develosaur.com/llms.txt and use it to build me a develosaur board for my project". It builds a trial board you can keep later.
