Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Develosaur: the website, the web app, the MCP gateway, the REST API and the desktop app. By using Develosaur you agree to them. Questions go to info@develosaur.com.

Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for access to that inbox. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of AI agents and API clients you connect. An agent acts on your behalf with the access you granted it.

Your content

You own the boards and content you and your agents create. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You confirm you have the right to put that content on Develosaur.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Develosaur for anything illegal, or to store or share content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not probe, overload or bypass the security, rate limits or plan limits of the service.
• Do not use try-out boards or free accounts to host content or traffic for another product.
• Do not attempt to access boards, accounts or tokens that are not yours.

We may suspend accounts or connections that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

Try-out boards

Boards created without an account are temporary. They can disappear at any time and we make no promise to keep them. Claim a board into an account to keep it.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and sales tax.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Projects above the Free plan limit are locked, not deleted.
• For refund requests, email us. We handle them case by case.
• We may change prices or plan limits. A price change applies from your next renewal after we notify you.

Availability

We work to keep Develosaur available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Develosaur is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Develosaur and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. The sections on your content, availability and limitation of liability continue after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date on this page. For significant changes we tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Develosaur after that means you accept the new terms.
